A Sign-Board with customer's name will be displayed on a Railing in the Arrivals Hall between Gate #3 & Gate #4. Having collected luggage and cleared Customs, incoming visitors having booked this transfer service are requested to immediately make their way to this location. Here they will meet their I Asia Representative who will escort them to the vehicle. (Presentation of the Booking Confirmation and Photo I.D. is required in exchange for this Activity. Drivers wait a maximum of 1.5 hours after flight arrival.)
I Asia's Representatives and Drivers will be waiting at the airport according to the Flight Number, and Date, received in the Booking. Flight delays do occasionally happen, so they're constantly checking for any delays, or time changes, to ensure our valued customers be met accordingly.
*Note - that IF the Flight Number or Date is changed that the passenger must inform I Asia the new details. (I Asia is not provided with Flight Passenger Manifests by any airline to check if a person is on board or not.)
