Cherry blossom season is one of the best times to be in Japan, so don’t miss the chance to marvel at the flowering trees on this day trip from Sapporo that also includes lunch (bento box) and a stop at the roadside station. Meet with your tour conductor at the designated meeting point and begin your scenic journey. Start your tour with a brief rest at the Roadside Station, a perfect place to stretch your legs and explore local souvenirs. Here, you’ll find a variety of unique gifts, many of which are only available in Mukawa Town. It’s the ideal spot to pick up some authentic, regional items to remember your journey.

Next, you’ll visit the famous Shizunai Nijukken Road, a breathtaking avenue lined with over 2,000 cherry trees that stretch for an incredible 7 kilometers. This is one of Japan’s premier cherry blossom spots, and during spring, the sakura bloom in a stunning display of soft pink petals that create a truly magical atmosphere. Walk along the path, surrounded by the fragrant blossoms, and capture the beauty of nature in full bloom. It’s the perfect opportunity for a peaceful stroll and a memorable photo session. While you take in the sights, enjoy a traditional Japanese "Koraku Bento" lunch box featuring seasonal ingredients and the flavors of spring either on the bus or as you relax in the picturesque surroundings.

On the return journey, we will stop at Roadside Station Thoroughbred Road Niikappu, with approximately 20 minutes allocated for a short break and shopping.
The station reflects the unique identity of Niikappu Town, known as a renowned horse-breeding area, and offers a variety of local products and souvenirs. It is an ideal place to relax, stretch your legs, and pick up distinctive regional items before concluding your tour.

This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.

Meeting point

Meet at the North Exit Group Bus Stop at Sapporo Station, near the eastern side of the North Exit. NOT from the western side of North Exit! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. The tour conductor will be holding a flag and a placard with the local tour operator's logo
