The Shirogane Blue Pond, located near the town of Biei in Hokkaido, is a stunning natural attraction famous for its otherworldly, vivid blue waters. The pond gets its mesmerizing blue hue from natural minerals, such as aluminum, that are carried into the water from nearby hot springs and reflect sunlight in a unique way. Surrounded by birch and larch trees, many of which stand submerged in the water, the pond creates a striking and surreal landscape that changes with the seasons and lighting conditions. In autumn, the contrast of golden leaves with the blue waters is especially breathtaking, while in winter, the pond and surrounding trees are often dusted with snow, transforming it into a magical frozen scene. Furano, located in central Hokkaido, Japan, is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and seasonal beauty, particularly its vibrant lavender fields at Farm Tomita, which bloom spectacularly in summer. Visitors are drawn to its picturesque rolling hills, flower fields, and mountain views. In addition to lavender, Furano offers attractions like Ningle Terrace, a charming forest village of wooden cottages selling local crafts, and the Furano Cheese Factory, where visitors can sample unique cheeses and even participate in cheese-making. In winter, Furano transforms into a popular ski resort with powdery snow and stunning alpine vistas. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the area's hiking and cycling trails during the warmer months, while natural hot springs provide a serene retreat year-round. One of the oldest flower fields in Japan, it has been transformed from the former lavender to a large pastoral farm with as many as 150 kinds of flowers. Lavender blooms usually in June start,The winter greenhouse opens to the public in mid-August, and you can see various plants such as lavender and geraniums. In addition to lavender, other varieties of flowers are also planted in the garden. There are saffron from mid-April, daffodils, tulips and so on in May. Climbing to the top of the flower field, you can see the scenery of Furano Basin and the Tokachi mountain range in the field of lavender.

Shikisai No Oka is a famous panoramic flower garden located in Biei, Hokkaido, Japan. Known for its stunning seasonal landscapes, the garden covers a vast area of rolling hills, with fields of vibrant flowers like lavender, sunflowers, tulips, and cosmos blooming from spring to autumn. The array of colors spread across the gentle slopes creates a breathtaking view often described as a "flower paradise."

Visitors can explore the garden on foot, rent buggies, or take a ride on a tractor bus to enjoy the sights. The garden is also surrounded by scenic views of the Tokachi mountain range, adding to its charm.

In winter, Shikisai No Oka transforms into a snow-covered wonderland, offering activities like snow rafting and snowmobiling. The on-site shop sells local produce and flower-related souvenirs, and the café serves dishes featuring fresh ingredients from the area.

Ningle Terrace in Furano is a forest handmade experience workshop inspired by a character in the novels of Japanese writer Satoshi Kuramoto (to be precise, a 15cm elf living in a large forest). The cabins here are small shops one by one, selling unique small goods, basically all handmade, such as glass crafts, paper crafts, hand paintings, and crafts made of Furano’s dried lavender flowers. Each shop is small and exquisite, and everything is only sold here and there will be no second one.
