Upgraded with premium ingredients, sashimi, and two chef’s special dishes, the Saga Tai-meshi Set – Yorokobi offers a more luxurious version of the first dish.
Each dish is carefully prepared with authentic Japanese culinary techniques.
And you will choose one of our three types of Tai-meshi(Sea Bream Rice) "Uwajima-style", "Tempura rice bowl", or "Donabe (traditional Japanese cray pot) rice" for the second dish”
Meals are served on Arita and Karatsu porcelain or antique tableware as each dish be a piece of art.
