We will visit a traditional and familiar cheese factory, a place renowned for being the birthplace of the Oaxaca Cheese, where in addition to a tasting we can enjoy a light breakfast with memelitas, coffee or fruit water.

We will quickly visit the Catholic shrine of "las peñitas", the location of the iconic film "Nacho Libre" by Jack Black
